Training Philosophy

 

  Movement is a gift.  Having a system in place to fuel growth, adherence and results through a creative, fun, safe and progressive manner is key for lifelong training success.  One key component we have found to build and grow resilience through training that will permeate throughout your entire life is by first focusing on moving well, and then moving often.  

  Our quality of movement parallels our quality of life!  If you find yourself immobile, unable to move well or in pain constantly, your quality of life will decrease.  We are wired for movement!  

  Our training approach will teach you how to become strong, regain mobility, and learn to effectively breathe and move.  We learn to respect our body when we reconnect with our body.  One way we can reconnect is through a disciplined practice.  Through this practice we feel better, focused and confident in our body and capabilities. 

  What we teach is a holistic approach to recovery, nutrition, and training to help you live a well-balanced life.  If you love to lift weights, jump, run, throw things, learn how to move in a variety of ways, our style of programming will keep you coming back for more!  It is never too late to start!
